To request a ride involves using our Rider App that you downloaded from Apple Store and installed on your mobile device. From your mobile, select that App, choose a pickup location, your destination, and then confirm the need for a ride to receive a quote. The fare that you agreed upon will be debited from your account. Once a nearest driver accepts your request, the base quote can be negotiated with the driver if you wish to do so. It is up to the driver to accept or reject your offer. If your offer is rejected, another driver nearby will automatically pick up your request and negotiate with you.
